PRE-REGISTRATION FORM for NATIONALS BLOOD DRAW sponsored by the ASCA DNA COMMITTEE The Blood Draw is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29th. Details to follow in the next Aussie Times. Send the filled out Sample Submission Form with a check made out to ASCA and a copy of your dogs ASCA registration papers to:

Form, check and registration papers must be received by August 15th to pre-register.
If you plan to have your dog DNAd at our Nationals Blood Draw and dont want to pre-register please be sure to bring a copy of your dogs ASCA registration papers with you.
