We hope you are as excited as we are about the upcoming ASCA Nationals in Bryan, Texas.
We wish to inform you of an important change regarding the distribution of the ASCA program rule books at this year’s event. In our continuous efforts to manage resources and ensure that every member gets a chance to obtain the rule books they need, we will no longer be offering rule books for free at the ASCA booth.
Instead, we will be charging a nominal fee of $5 per copy. This not only helps cover the costs of production but also ensures that we produce the right amount, reducing waste.
To streamline the process, you must pre-order the rule books in advance. Attached with this email is the pre-order form. Kindly fill it out and submit it to Kalla Jaco at executive.secretary@asca.org by Friday, October 20, 2023, to ensure your copies are reserved and ready for pick-up at the ASCA booth during the Nationals.
We understand this is a departure from previous years, but we believe this new approach will ensure a smoother distribution process, minimize unnecessary printings, and allow us to continue providing high-quality resources for our members.
