Finals Entry Information and Forms

Please read CAREFULLY:

Finalists must submit their entries with payment no later than July 15th. Finalists, please be sure to select the paid option that includes the entry fee amount when submitting your entries.

Alternates must submit their entries by the same deadline of July 15th if they intend to compete should a Finals spot open, but please do not pay upon initial submission.  Alternates will be required to enter their credit card information but will not incur any fees initially as long as the Alternate selection is chosen at $0.00.  The Business Office will begin contacting eligible Alternates the last week of July to submit their entries again in the same manner they submitted their initial entry, except that the paid option would need to be selected for the second submission to secure their spot in Finals.  We will only be giving 3 days upon notification for eligible alternates to pay as we must ensure that all Finals spots are filled in a timely manner.

Stockdog Finalists/Alternates, please note that if you have a dog listed as a Finalist in one class of Stock but an alternate in another class of Stock, you will only need to submit your entry once for all classes of Stock, but please be sure to make the proper Finalist/Alternate selections as they apply.  If your dog then becomes eligible in the class of Stock in which he/she was an alternate, the Business Office will notify you and you will be asked to submit the entry again with payment ONLY for the alternate(s) where your dog became eligible for a Finals spot.
