Dear Affiliate Presidents and Representatives,

We’re excited to invite you to an upcoming Zoom meeting on ​July 8, 2026, at ​8:30 PM Eastern, for ASCA Affiliate Clubs that host ​stockdog events. Director Tanya Johnson will be hosting the meeting alongside members of the Stockdog Committee.

The goal is simple: to create a space for clubs to share what’s working, talk through challenges, ask questions about rule changes, and connect with each other. We hope this will be a helpful, open conversation that strengthens support between affiliates and encourages fresh ideas moving forward.

We also understand that the meeting time may be difficult for some of our international affiliates. If we receive enough interest from clubs outside North America, we’re happy to schedule a second session at a time that better accommodates those time zones.

To help us make the most of the meeting, we’d love to hear from you ahead of time. If there are any specific topics or questions you’d like to see covered, please email them to [email protected] so we can be sure they’re included in the agenda.
