Dear ASCA Affiliate Reps,

From June to October 2023, we tried a process where affiliates were asked to submit entry forms only from conformation and junior events, while holding onto entry forms from other programs for one year.

The response from our affiliates and the Business Office has been overwhelmingly supportive. Consequently, the Board has decided to adopt this approach as our standard policy.

Here’s the policy in brief:

• Affiliates are required to submit entry forms for conformation and junior events only.
• For all other events, show/trial secretaries should retain the entry forms for one year.

Accuracy and clarity in trial and show reports remain a priority. Show/trial secretaries bear the responsibility for ensuring information is complete and correct. Prompt cooperation with any information requests from the Business Office is also crucial.
