Starting from August 14, 2023, through to December 31, 2023, our Business Office will be open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Central Time. This adjustment is designed to provide our staff with increased flexibility for personal time in the afternoons, assisting them in managing family responsibilities and mitigating the challenges of peak hour traffic. We firmly believe that a happier, healthier workforce will be able to serve our members with greater enthusiasm and efficiency.
Despite the change in on-site office hours, please note that our telephone services will remain available from 10 am to 4 pm Central Time.
This trial change is an experiment in balancing the needs of our members, the efficiency of our office, and the well-being of our staff. The impact and effectiveness of this change will be thoroughly evaluated during the ASCA Board’s meeting in December 2023.
