Request for Bids: Logo Design for the 2027 ASCA National Specialty

ASCA Community,

The Australian Shepherd Club of America is now accepting bids for the creation of the official logo for the 2027 ASCA National Specialty. The event will be held September 17-24, 2027, at the Wyoming State Fairgrounds in Douglas, Wyoming.

We invite talented artists to submit bids to design a logo that embodies the spirit of the Australian Shepherd and the National Specialty. The selected logo will be used on merchandise, awards, promotional materials, and other media.

Logo Requirements

The selected artist must provide the logo in the following versions:

🔹 Full color

🔹 One color or black and white

🔹 Reversed or negative one color

🔹 Line drawing, if appropriate for the design

All versions must be provided as high-resolution files in JPEG, TIFF, and PDF formats at 300 dpi. The submitted bid should include the cost of producing all required versions.

The Australian Shepherd Club of America will own full rights to the completed artwork and reserves the right to have additional illustrations created based on the artwork.

Design and Selection Process

The selected artist will present three initial concepts to the 2027 Nationals Chair. The concepts will be shared with the 2027 Nationals Committee, which will select one and provide feedback for revision. The artist will use that feedback to create the final logo.

If the Committee does not select one of the three original concepts, it may request up to two additional concepts from the artist. The bid should include the cost of the concepts, revisions, and final versions described above.

Submitting a Bid

Bids must include:

🔹 The artist’s proposed fee

🔹 Samples or a portfolio of the artist’s work

🔹 Confirmation that the artist can meet all design, format, and resolution requirements
