This is to inform you that the regularly scheduled meeting of the ASCA Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023. Please note that the following agenda is subject to change until two days before the meeting. Additionally, a recording of the open session of the meeting will be made available on ASCA’s YouTube channel shortly after the conclusion of the meeting.

Agenda:

1. 2023 Cee Hambo Scholarship (Executive Session) – The Board will select a recipient of the Cee Hambo Scholarship. (Liaison McCabe)
2. 2024 Nationals Premium – The Board will review the first draft of the 2024 Nationals Premium. (Liaison Ward)
3. Nationals Entry Fees – The Board will evaluate the entry fees for the Nationals.
4. August 2023 Treasurer’s Report – Each month the Treasurer (Wesen) updates the Board regarding ASCA’s current fiscal condition and projections for the future.
5. Repayment of AEMD Funds – The Board will consider a motion to repay the AEMD funds that were used to pay for the computer system. (Gann)
6. Update from Sponsorship Committee – The Board will hear a brief update from the Sponsorship Committee. (Ward)
7. 2024 Annual Membership Meeting – The Board will review questions received so far for the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting and content for the meeting’s PowerPoint presentation. (Ward)
8. Aussie Times – The Board will discuss their plans for the Aussie Times moving forward. (Ward)
9. System Liaison’s Report – Each month the System Liaison (Wesen) updates the Board regarding the ongoing progress of the computer system upgrade and overall technology plans.
10. Last Month’s Email Business – Due to the requirements of Washington State Law, each meeting includes a motion to ratify all business conducted via email since the last meeting. (Any director can motion)
