Awarding the Lifetime Achievement Award, the criteria used … In trying to find recipients each year we do not just choose on a persons success in one venue or another but rather on an individuals “Dedication & Service” to ASCA itself.
Most of our recipients have spent the better part of their lives in ASCA, most but not all have served on the Board, some repeatedly, some have been instrumental in developing programs or breaking ground to bring ASCA to new levels as a major worldwide organization.
The one thing most apparent in our recipients I believe not only is their longevity in the breed but their level of passion for the Australian Shepherd and its home … ASCA
