When registering, you will be asked to provide your ASCA Member ID. Attendance is limited to Full ASCA Members. Service Members are not eligible to attend.

Once your registration is approved, Zoom will send you a confirmation email with instructions for joining the meeting.

Have a question for the Board?

You can submit questions in advance directly through the Zoom registration form. The Board will review the questions submitted and address them during the meeting.

We encourage you to send your questions ahead of time. This helps us organize the Q&A portion of the meeting and gives the Board an opportunity to make sure we have the information needed to provide a helpful response.

Questions may also be submitted during the meeting using the Zoom chat. We’ll do our best to address as many as possible during the time available.

What to expect

The Fall Membership Meeting is an opportunity to hear directly from the Board and Business Office about what has been happening within ASCA, recent developments, current projects, financial information, program updates, and other items of interest to the membership.

These virtual meetings are held twice each year, in the Spring and Fall, to give more members an opportunity to participate regardless of where they live.

The meeting will include:

A quick Zoom reminder

You will need to be signed into a Zoom account, either free or paid, to join the meeting. Anonymous or guest access will not be permitted, so please make sure you are logged into Zoom before the meeting begins.
