How to become an ASCA Agility Judge.
Requirements for becoming an ASCA Agility Judge can be found in the Agility rules under
Appendix C : ASCA Agility Judging Program.
You must have titled a dog ( any breed) at the elite level in Gamblers, Regular, and Jumpers. Titles do not need to be earned by the same dog. You need to have performed all positions at a trial – gate steward, timer, scribe, etc. You must have two references from judges in good standing.
If you meet all requirements and wish to apply, an application can be obtained on the ASCA forms page or from the ASCA Business office ( agility@asca.org).
Once approved as an apprentice, all judges are required to join the ASCAAgilityjudges Groups.io list.
