1. DNA Requirements for Frozen Semen from Deceased Sires – Discussion of whether any accommodations or exceptions should be considered for litters produced from frozen semen collected from dogs that died before ASCA’s mandatory DNA program was implemented. (Ward)
2. Operational Audit – Follow-up from Spring Meeting. (Johnson)
3. June 2026 Treasurer’s Report – Report from Treasurer Williams.
4. System Liaison’s Report – Report from System Liaison Kelly.
5. Last Month’s Email Business – Due to the requirements of Washington State Law, each meeting includes a motion to ratify all business conducted via email since the last meeting.
