1. Lifetime Achievement Award (Executive Session) – Recommendation from History Committee. (McCabe)
2. 2027 ASCA Finals Judges – Approval of the slate of 2027 Finals judges. (Klein)
3. April 2026 Treasurer’s Report – Report from Treasurer Williams.
4. System Liaison’s Report – Report from System Liaison Kelly.
5. Last Month’s Email Business – Due to the requirements of Washington State Law, each meeting includes a motion to ratify all business conducted via email since the last meeting. (Any director can motion)
