ASCA Members,
I am writing to provide an update regarding the ASCA Board of Directors election for 2026.
There are three open positions this year, and three members submitted their intent to run:
Tom Collins
Dan Sanderson
Steve Shope
Pursuant to Article VII, Section 6 of the ASCA Bylaws, which does not require a minimum number of votes or provide for write-in candidates, when the number of candidates equals the number of open positions, those candidates are elected by default. As such, no ballot will be issued this year. This is the same process that was followed in 2022 when this situation last occurred.

The elected Directors will assume office at the 2026 National Specialty.
