Thank you to everyone who attended one or more of ASCA’s Phase One DNA Program town hall meetings in January. We appreciate the thoughtful questions and engagement as we work through the transition of ASCA’s DNA parentage verification program to the Veterinary Genetics Laboratory (VGL) at UC Davis.

For those who were unable to attend, or for anyone who would like a single reference document, we have prepared a consolidated summary of all three Phase One town halls. Phase One focused on background, terminology, and immediate action items related to existing Orivet data. Additional town halls will be held as part of Phase Two, which will address next steps, remaining data questions, and the upcoming transition to VGL.
